WASH CONTROL is an advanced test designed for daily, routine monitoring of machine cleaning processes in various types of automatic washer-disinfectors. The product complies with EN ISO 15883-1:2010 standards, ensuring the highest level of safety and effectiveness in cleaning medical, podiatric, cosmetic, tattoo, and beauty industry instruments.

The test contains a specially developed, dark red indicator substance that simulates dried blood residues. The indicator composition includes two types of proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides, enabling precise assessment of the removal of difficult contaminants. The substance is placed on a plastic carrier in the form of four distinct squares, allowing simultaneous monitoring of cleaning in four critical areas.

For reliable results, the test must always be used with a dedicated acid-resistant stainless steel holder (WCU holder – sold separately), which additionally restricts access for the cleaning agent, raising the requirements for the cleaning process.

• The package contains 100 test strips, enabling economical and frequent monitoring of cleaning processes.
• It is recommended to use the test at least once daily with an empty load and cyclically throughout the day with a full load.
• Cleaning control should always be performed after servicing the washing device.
• The test features printed information in English, the standard number, and LOT number, facilitating identification and documentation.
• Store the product in a dry place.
