STERIM CLEAN Control tests comply with all current standards and technical requirements, including EN ISO 15883-1:2010. The dark red indicator substance contains two types of proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides, effectively simulating dried blood residues on instruments. It is applied on a plastic carrier in the form of a distinct square (10 mm x 10 mm), enabling precise evaluation of cleaning effectiveness in the most critical locations of the device.

The tests are extremely easy to use – simply place them in a dedicated holder and position in the most demanding spot within the washer. After the washing cycle is completed, the indicator substance should be completely removed – any residue indicates ineffective cleaning. Test results can be easily archived, simplifying documentation of cleaning processes and meeting audit requirements.
