BIONOVA BT20/5 ampoule biological indicators are premium quality indicators designed for monitoring the effectiveness of steam sterilization processes at 121-134°C. The package contains 25 pieces, enabling regular monitoring of autoclave performance in medical, dental, beauty, podiatry, and tattoo studios.

Each indicator consists of a plastic vial containing a glass ampoule with nutrient medium and a paper disc with Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores. Before incubation, the ampoule should be crushed so the nutrient medium thoroughly washes the disc with spores. A color change of the medium from purple to yellow indicates microorganism growth, allowing for an unambiguous and rapid readout after just 24 hours of incubation.

This product meets the highest quality standards and complies with EN ISO 11138, ensuring safety and reliability in sterilization control. Each vial features a process indicator on the label, which changes color to brown during proper sterilization. Every package includes a certificate of analysis and detailed instructions for use.
