The MELAstore system significantly streamlines the instrument preparation process, making it faster, more efficient, and cost-effective. With the use of MELAstore-Tray cassettes and MELAstore-Box containers, staff can be confident that instruments are optimally protected at every stage of the process.

MELAstore Tray cassettes allow for safe and convenient placement of instruments immediately after use. Thanks to dedicated racks, the cassettes are positioned in the MELAtherm washer-disinfector, where they undergo automatic washing and disinfection. After the process is complete, clean and dry instruments can be easily transferred to MELAstore-Box containers for steam sterilization in the autoclave.

Using the MELAstore system ensures not only staff safety (protection from injuries caused by sharp instruments), but also saves time, materials, and financial resources. Thanks to the ability to wash more cassettes simultaneously, the load capacity of both the washer-disinfector and the autoclave increases by up to 50%. For example, the MELAtherm washer can clean up to 12 MELAstore-Tray 100 cassettes or 24 MELAstore-Tray 50 cassettes at once. For Premium-Plus class autoclaves, the load capacity increases from 6 kg to 9 kg, while maintaining low water and energy consumption.
