MELAstoreis a new innovative loading system for reusable instruments, saving time and money.

The MELAstore system consists of a combination of machine wash cassettes (MELAstore-Tray) and sterilization containers (MELAstore-Box).

Immediately after use, the instruments are placed in the MELAstore-Tray, which, thanks to appropriate racks, are placed in the MELAtherm washer-disinfector and subjected to machine washing and disinfection. The MELAstore-Tray cassettes with clean and dry instruments are then placed in MELAstore-Boxes, which are sterilized in the autoclave.

The MELAstore system enables safe packaging and storage of expensive instruments and protects staff from sharp instrument injury. In addition, the system saves time, material and money

Thanks to MELAstore the loading capacity of the MELAtherm washer and Vacuklav autoclave increases significantly.

Placing the MELAstrore cassettes in special holders in the MELAtherm carwash enables simultaneous washing of 12 MELAstore-Tray 100 cassettes or 24 MELAstore-Tray 50 cassettes. This increases the loading capacity of the MELAtherm carwash by 50%. With the MELAstore system, the load capacity of Premium-Plus autoclaves has increased from 6 kg to 9 kg with still low water and energy consumption.
