Ion Exchange Filter H7 TOC (EJ-2000-1)
The H7 TOC Ion Exchange Filter is a ready-to-use module designed for the production of demineralized water with exceptionally high chemical purity, free of silica and TOC (Total Organic Carbon). It serves as the final polishing stage in the water demineralization process, used after reverse osmosis. Its purpose is to remove residual mineral salts, reducing water conductivity to an ultra-low level of 0.06 µS/cm. As a result, it ensures water quality that meets the most stringent requirements of laboratories, medical, dental, cosmetic, beauty, and podiatry industries.
The construction of the H7 TOC filter is based on a blend of two fully regenerated gel-structured ion exchange resins: strongly acidic cation exchange resin and strongly basic anion exchange resin (2000 ml of resin). This combination enables effective removal of both cations and anions, providing maximum demineralization efficiency. The filter operates in the H+/OH- ion form, which guarantees high ion exchange efficiency and safe operation.
The H7 TOC filter is dedicated for devices equipped with a UV lamp, which further enhances the quality standard of the produced water. It is ideal for professional applications where reliability, repeatability, and process safety are crucial, including sterilization of medical, podiatry, tattoo, and cosmetic tools.
