The 3-Line Alphanumeric Labeller MEDICAL is a reliable tool designed for precise and comprehensive labeling and archiving of disinfection and sterilization processes of medical devices. This device allows you to print information in three rows, each with up to 12 characters, enabling you to provide detailed data for every stage of the process. The system has been developed for use in medical facilities, dental and podiatry clinics, beauty salons, tattoo studios, and anywhere the highest quality and compliance with current sterilization standards are required.

By using special double-adhesive labels with STEAM, EO, FORM, and PLASMA indicators, users can be certain of correct marking and archiving of each sterilized package. These labels have an adhesive layer for easy and safe application to any package and an additional layer for insertion into documentation or a patient card. Each label displays information about the color change of the indicator and the indicator class in accordance with the PN EN ISO 11140-1 standard.

Using the Medical labeller enables clear marking of the sterilization date, package expiry date, sterilizer number, batch number, initials of the responsible person, package contents, or coded data about the disinfection process. After the process is complete, the control label can be easily placed in documentation or an archival envelope.

Instructions for Use and Result Interpretation

Prepared packages should be marked using the labeller, attaching a label with the necessary information. Immediately before use of the sterilized set, the correctly color-changed label should be affixed to the documentation or patient card. After the sterilization process, the control label should be placed on the archival envelope.
