Alfanum labeler. 3-row MEDICAL

The use of a labeling and archiving system provides access to complete information on each stage of the medical device disinfection and sterilization process. This simple and complete system consists of three-row labellers and special double-stick labels with STEAM, EO, FORM and PLAZMA indicators. Alphanumeric labeler allows you to print information on three lines with 12 characters per line.

Three-line labels with STEAM, EO, FORM indicators are made of special paper with a weight of 74g/m², the label with a PLAZMA indicator is made of TYVEK type material with a weight of 55g/m². A special adhesive layer gives you the ability to easily and securely apply the label to any sterilized package, and a second adhesive layer makes it easy to paste the label into an archival envelope or onto a patient's chart. Each label has a m. in. information about the color of the test discoloration and the class that the indicator meets according to the PN EN ISO 11140-1 standard. Steam indicator stickers come in green, red, blue, .yellow, orange and grey. Envelopes for archiving in C4 format are available with printing in the standard version or can be made for the customer according to an individual design.

How to use and read the results
A label should be affixed to the prepared packages using a label maker, on which information such as the date of sterilization and expiration of the package, the number of the sterilizer, the number of the next batch, the initials of the person responsible for the made package, the contents of the package or the data of the disinfection process (digitally coded) can be recorded. Immediately before using the sterilized kit, stick the correctly stained label to the intended documentation system or patient chart. Stick the control label on the archival envelope after the sterilization process.
