3-row alphanumeric labeller, MEDICAL

Using the labeling and archiving system provides access to complete information on every stage of the medical device disinfection and sterilization process. This simple and complete system consists of three-row labellers and special double-adhesive labels with STEAM, EO, FORM and PLAZMA indicators. The alphanumeric label maker can print information on three lines with 12 characters per line.

Three-line labels with STEAM, EO, FORM indicators are made of special paper with basis weight 74g/m², labels with PLAZMA indicator are made of TYVEK type material with basis weight 55g/m². A special adhesive layer makes it possible to stick the label easily and safely to any sterilized package and a second adhesive layer makes it easy to stick the label to an archiving envelope or patient card. On each label there is information about the color of test discolouration and the class of indicator according to PN EN ISO 11140-1 standard. Stickers with steam indicator are available in green, red, blue, yellow, orange and grey. Envelopes for archiving in C4 format are available with standard print or can be made for the customer according to an individual project.

How to use and read the results
The prepared packs should be labelled with the use of a labelling device, on which information such as date of sterilization and validity of the package, number of the sterilizer, number of the next batch, initials of the person responsible for the made package, contents of the package or data of the disinfection process (digitally coded). Immediately before use of the sterilized kit, the correctly stained label must be attached to the designated documentation system or patient chart. After the sterilization process, the control label should be applied to the archive envelope.
