Innovative Wash-Checks™U tests are used to check the effectiveness of cleaning processes by cavitation and the effectiveness of detergents in ultrasonic washers of all types. They are an indispensable part of the daily control of cleaning processes in accordance with ISO 15883.
The tests are user-safe and do not contain blood components, and the blue-colored indicator substance is designed to be as critical as possible in assessing the performance of ultrasound heads. Cleaning effect in ultrasonic bath obtained by cavitation causes blue test substance to be washed out.
The control indicator is placed on a special thin metal plate, which is perfect for archiving, and the low cost of monitoring cleaning processes allows frequent use of tests. It is recommended to use wash control tests periodically throughout the day, along with a full load, and once a week when the washer is empty.
The test should always be used with a special wash Check Holder (WC102). The reading of the ultrasonic cleaning control result is given in four planes. All indicators have an individual serial number.
Store at temperatures below 25°C. The package contains 50 tests.
