An indispensable part of the daily check of cleaning processes according to ISO 15883
The innovative Wash-Checks™U are used to check the effectiveness of cleaning processes by cavitation and the effectiveness of detergents in ultrasonic cleaners of all types. They are an indispensable part of the daily control of cleaning processes in accordance with ISO 15883.
The tests are safe for the user and do not contain blood components, and the blue indicator substance has been designed in such a way that the effectiveness of the ultrasonic heads is assessed as critically as possible. The cleaning effect in the ultrasonic bath achieved by cavitation causes the blue test substance to be washed away.
The control indicator is placed on a special thin metal plate, which is ideal for archiving, and the low cost of monitoring the cleaning process allows the tests to be used frequently. It is recommended to use the wash control tests periodically during the day, together with a full load, and once a week when the washer is empty.
The test should always be used with the special Wash Check Holder (WC102). The reading of the ultrasonic wash check result is given in four planes. All indicators have an individual serial number.
Store at temperatures below 25°C. The package contains 50 tests.
