They allow to verify correct work of sealing machines used to close sterilization packages
STERIM Seal Test Seal control tests are universal product, for sealing machines of various manufacturers. Appropriate parameters of the sealing machine, such as temperature and pressure force, guarantee correct and tight seal. The quality of the closure of the sterilization packs protects them from contamination, which is why the periodic verification of the correctness of the sealer operation is so important.
Preservation of the test sheet placed inside the sterilization pack (in the place where the closure is made) gives information about the quality of the seal. A uniform black bar should appear on the closure line. STERIM Seal Checker tests can be used to verify correct operation of rotary and impulse sealers of various types and manufacturers.
