Ready-to-use flow filters designed to remove bacteria and colloidal suspended solids from treated water.

Construction: Polypropylene housing with double-layer polyethersulfone diaphragm.

Membrane pore size: 0.22µm and 0.45µm.

Membrane area: 0,015m2. Built-in vent valve.

Working capacity: The number of pores in the membrane is equal to the number of bacteria retained on a specific area of the membrane. It amounts to 1x107 CFU/cm2 for the Brevundimonas diminuta.

Sterilization: Regeneration of the capsule involves backwashing and autoclaving at 134°C (time approx.30min). Maximum autoclaving temperature: 134°C. Sterilization process according to ISO 11134 standard. Maximum capsule regeneration: 3.

Maximum operating pressure: 4bar (for temp.:20°C)
