MAGIC FILTER + HEPA for ENBIO – Advanced Water and Air Purification System for ENBIO S and ENBIO Pro Autoclaves, Ion Exchange Resin, Closed Circuit, Professional Sterilization
MAGIC FILTER – Water Purifier for ENBIO Autoclaves
Modern Filter for Multiple Water Purification for Steam Sterilization
MAGIC FILTER is an innovative solution designed for efficient purification of water used in the sterilization process in ENBIO S and ENBIO Pro autoclaves. With this system, you can use a single external tank filled with distilled water to perform up to dozens of sterilization cycles without the need for constant refilling or removal of condensate. This means significant savings of time and money, as well as convenience in daily operations.
The Enbio Magic Filter allows you to reuse wastewater (condensate) generated during sterilization. The water circulates in a closed system, passing through an ion-exchange bed where it is purified to deionized levels, compliant with the PN-EN 13060 standard (Annex C). The purified water returns to the tank and can be used in subsequent sterilization cycles, guaranteeing safety and full compliance with rigorous quality standards.
MAGIC FILTER offers not only comfort and environmental benefits but also tangible savings. A single filter can purify up to 400 liters of water (80 tanks of 5 liters each), which means saving up to 520 PLN compared to purchasing demineralized water. Its simple design allows for easy installation in all ENBIO models, both the latest and older versions.
Safety and Ease of Use
The filter is filled with ion-exchange resin that changes color from dark blue to amber during use. As long as the blue shade is visible, the filter ensures water parameters of hardness <0.02 mmol/l and conductivity <15 μS/cm. It is recommended to check the water tank at least once a quarter, and if contamination is detected, to empty, clean, and refill it with demineralized water.
Filter Replacement
The filter should be replaced every 6 months or sooner if the resin completely changes color to amber. Neglecting this may disrupt the sterilization process and void the device warranty. We recommend setting a reminder on your smartphone and regularly checking the filter condition—at least once a month.
