MAGIC FILTER is an innovative solution designed for professionals who value reliability, convenience, and cost savings in their daily operations. Developed specifically for ENBIO S and ENBIO Pro autoclaves, the MAGIC FILTER efficiently purifies water intended for sterilization. The included HEPA air filter provides additional protection against airborne contaminants.

With the MAGIC FILTER, you only need one external tank of distilled water to complete dozens of sterilization cycles without the need for constant refilling or condensate removal. The system enables the reuse of waste water (condensate) by purifying it through an ion-exchange resin. The purified water meets the requirements of the PN-EN 13060 (Annex C) standard and can be safely reused for subsequent sterilization processes.

The closed-loop system not only ensures significant savings (up to 520 PLN per filter), but also minimizes the effort needed for autoclave maintenance. MAGIC FILTER is compatible with all ENBIO devices, including both the latest and older models.

How to Use

The filter is filled with ion-exchange resin, which changes color from dark blue to amber as it is used. As long as the resin is blue, it ensures water hardness below 0.02 mmol/l and conductivity below 15 μS/cm. It is recommended to check the water tank at least once per quarter and to replace the filter every 6 months or sooner if the resin is completely discolored.

Filter Replacement

Regular filter replacement is crucial for proper autoclave operation and to maintain the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend setting a monthly reminder to check the filter status.
