CDWU - test for control of cleaning in ultrasonic washers
The perfect way to control the operation of an ultrasonic cleaner
Terragene's CDWU tests, are designed to check the performance of ultrasonic cleaner. Indicators check ultrasound energy by testing the cavitation process. They are manufactured in accordance with the quality system EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 13485:2012. If the washing process is correct, the liquid inside the vial turns from blue to yellow.
Use of
CDWU tests for cleaning control in ultrasonic washers are used as: periodic control - performed after the purchase of the washer, its repair, or once a quarter; routine control, during which it is recommended to perform the test before each wash, and a minimum of once a week. Both periodic inspection and routine inspection are performed on an empty ultrasonic cleaner.
To properly perform the test, arrange the indicators in the washer according to its size, according to the graphic below:
Purpose of the tests
- washing in ultrasonic washers operating at frequencies higher or equal to 35 kHz at temperatures from 18°C to 70°C;
- used on empty washer in periodic and routine inspection.
Proper storage
- at temperature: 10-30°C;
- at a relative humidity of 30-80% RH;
- in a darkened place.
