An excellent way to check the operation of an ultrasonic washer
CDWU tests by Terragene, are designed to check the performance of an ultrasonic cleaner. The indicators check the ultrasonic energy by testing the cavitation process. They are manufactured according to the EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 13485:2012 quality system. If the washing process is correct, the liquid inside the vial changes color from blue to yellow.
Application
CDWU tests for control of cleaning in ultrasonic washers are used as: periodic inspection - performed after the purchase of the washer, its repair, or once a quarter; routine inspection, during which it is recommended to perform the test before each wash, and a minimum of once a week. Both the periodic inspection and the routine inspection are performed on an empty ultrasonic cleaner.
To properly perform the test, arrange the indicators in the washer according to the graphic below:
Test Purpose
- Washing in ultrasonic washers operating at frequencies higher than or equal to 35 kHz at temperatures between 18°C and 70°C;
- applied to an empty washer in periodic and routine inspection.
Proper storage
- at temperature: 10-30°C;
- at a relative humidity of 30-80% RH;
- in a darkened area.
