Three-line labels with EO (ethylene oxide) indicators are made of special paper with a weight of 74g/m². A special adhesive layer gives you the ability to easily and securely apply the label to any sterilized package, and a second adhesive layer makes it easy to paste the label into an archival envelope or onto a patient's chart. On each label is placed, m. in. information about the color of the test discoloration and the class that the indicator meets according to the PN EN ISO 11140-1 standard. Steam indicator stickers come in green, red, blue, yellow, orange and gray.
A label should be applied to the prepared packages using a label maker, on which information such as the date of sterilization and expiration of the package, the number of the sterilizer, the number of the next batch, the initials of the person responsible for the made package, the contents of the package or the data of the disinfection process (digitally coded) can be recorded. Immediately before using the sterilized kit, stick the correctly stained label to the intended documentation system or patient chart. Stick the control label on the archival envelope after the sterilization process.
