MELAstore is a new innovative loading system for reusable tools, saving time and money.

The MELAstore system consists of a combination of machine wash cassettes (MELAstore-Tray) and sterilization containers (MELAstore-Box).

Immediately after use, the instruments are placed in MELAstore-Tray cassettes, which, thanks to appropriate racks, are placed in the MELAtherm washer-disinfector and subjected to machine washing and disinfection. The MELAstore-Tray cassettes with clean and dry instruments are then placed in MELAstore-Box containers, which are sterilized in an autoclave.

With MELAstore, the payload capacity of the MELAtherm washer and Vacuklav autoclave increases significantly.

Placing the MELAstrore cassettes in special holders in the MELAtherm washer allows 12 MELAstore-Tray 100 or 24 MELAstore-Tray 50 cassettes to be washed simultaneously. This increases the payload capacity of the MELAtherm washer by 50%. With the MELAstore system, the loading capacity of Premium-Plus autoclaves, increased from 6 kg to 9 kg with still low water and energy consumption.
