In just 4 seconds, instruments are placed in a secure sterile package. Storage time for sterile instruments, depending on storage location, is up to 6 months.
MELAseal 100+ Comfort is used for fast and convenient sealing of paper-foil packaging. The machine is equipped with a cutter for cutting the sleeve to the desired length. The seal width is 10 mm and the maximum width of the sealing sleeve is 300 mm. The pressure lever can be mounted on the right or left side according to your needs. The welding temperature and the welding time are electronically controlled. An optical and acoustic signal give warning in case of errors. The temperature can be infinitely adjusted, which makes packaging of different manufacturers possible.

Ergonomically shaped roller feeders assist in feeding the sterilization sleeve effortlessly. Using the integrated sealer cutter, the paper and foil packs can be individually trimmed to suit the requirements and size of the instruments to be packed.
In the equipment of the comfort version we can find: paper-foil sleeve holder and two compartments for paper-foil sleeves.
