Class 5 emulation test for controlling the effectiveness of steam sterilization
Integrator Control 5 is a technologically advanced indicator that provides a simple and accurate method for testing the occurrence of appropriate critical conditions in a sterilization cycle. This indicator can be used in all steam sterilization processes (gravity, vacuum and flash cycles).
Control 5 integrator Type 5 has a documented performance equal to a biological indicator. The indicator is designed to integrate three critical sterilization process parameters: time, temperature and steam saturation. The information can be easily read on the indicator test field. When the dark bar reaches the blue second safe zone, the word "POSITIVE" means that the correct sterilization parameters have been met. If the dark bar does not reach the safe blue second zone "POSITIVE", the proper sterilization process conditions have not been achieved and the instruments undergoing the sterilization process should not be released.
Method of use and reading the results:
The chemical test should be placed inside the package to be sterilized. After sterilization, remove the indicator and check the displacement of the indicator substance.

Steam sterilizers of any manufacturer with different capacities. Compatible with autoclaves ENBIO S and ENBIO PRO and the series of autoclaves BRAVO G4.
