Bravo Pack 21 tool rack packaging

Bravo Pack is an innovative system of racks increasing the loading of cylindrical autoclave chambers. The vertical arrangement of the packages significantly improves the flow of water vapor and air, which facilitates the sterilization and drying process.

The racks also allow for increasing the single load. They are a great complement to the standard equipment, wire trays. The structure of the frame enables the vertical arrangement of packages up to 10 cm wide, which greatly influences the effectiveness of water vapor penetration during sterilization and the removal of moisture during drying.

An additional advantage is the large capacity of the rack. Therefore, we can sterilize many packages at once and at the same time ensure optimal sterilization parameters. The profile of the racks enables convenient orientation of two pieces, which additionally increases the size of a single loading.

BRAVO Pack 21 is designed for chambers with a capacity of 21 to 24 liters. The maximum capacity of a set of racks is 40 packages up to 10 cm wide.
